Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. I can offer store credit for returns.  Anything custom is final sale due to the inherent unique nature of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not scratched, broken, worn or used.

To start a return, you can contact us at jpopstudios@gmail.com. Please note that buyer pays for shipping. I would recommended taking it to a packing and shipping store if you are not confident packing up artwork yourself.
